Returns Policy

You may return an unopened or unused item within 30 days of delivery for refund.  If the return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping costs (ie. you received an incorrect or defective item).  Items must be returned in sale-able condition for a refund to be issued.

Having said all this, try the pillow for a few nights to give your body a chance to adjust.  Many people require a couple of nights to adjust to the support this pillow provides.

Returns must be authorized in writing by NewInnova LLC.  If you need to return an item, simply send an email to Support@MySideSleep.com with your name, address, phone number, order number and the reason for your return request. A photo of your concern will be very helpful in processing a claim.  We will send you a Returned Materials Authorization Number (RMA#) to include with your return and the shipping address.   Please do not send anything to us until you receive a Returned Materials Authorization Number (RMA#).  Send your return only by the United States Postal Service, else it will be returned by the shipper.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks after receipt by NewInnova LLC.  This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
